This component generates a tag-matching-regex-check job. This job will be executed only on tags and will check if the tag name matches the specified regex. If the tag name does not match the regex, the job will fail.

Pipeline stage to check if a given repository is locked by Pippolina.

The component generates a mr-changelog-entry-check job. This job will be executed only if there is a merge request open. The job checks if user added a changelog entry to the MR description. If the changelog entry is missing, the job will fail.

The component generates a mr-cicd-file-checks job that verifies the CI/CD configuration file has not been changed in a merge request.
